African Journal of Food Science and Technology (AJFST) is established in the year of 2010 publishes updated scholarly information on Food Science from wide range of geographies across the world. During this year we look forward to taking some initiates that would encourage and reward our prospective customers.

African Journal of Food Science and Technology (AJFST) publishes original scientific articles, reviews and short communications that are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The Journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the general criteria of significance and scientific excellence. Papers will be published approximately one month after acceptance. All articles published in AJFST will be peer-reviewed. Our dedicated technical and editorial team members from different fields of Food Science and Technology and related disciplines ensures the quality and review standard of our publications.

The African Journal of Food Science and Technology Journal deals with African yam bean seeds, Amino acid profile, Cassava, Flour, Nutrient composition, Sensory properties, Cryptococcus laurentii, Biocontrol, Storage quality, Peach, Moringa oleifera, Albino, Fungi, Colossoma macropomum, Finger millet, Insect farming, Malting.

The journal consists of 6 distinguished and eminent Editorial Board Members who take care of the stringent peer review process that helps in maintaining the quality of the journal. Saroj Parajuli is one of board member of African Journal of Food Science and Technology (AJFST). Saroj Parajuli is a postdoctoral research associate at Environmental Horticulture department, University of Florida. He is working on CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing of citrus for huanglongbing disease resistance. During his PhD, he research was focused on metabolic engineering of sugarcane for the production of lipids in vegetative biomass. He works on tissue culture, genetic transformation and improvement of hops, blackberry, impatiens and citrus.

The Journal is going to complete Successfully 10 Volume with good articles. We are going to release one more issue in the month of December, 2019. The Journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts for December Issue 2019.
